Description
This is another old one that I never actually posted. I was inspired by the early part of the film "Sleeping Beauty" (1959), and I feel that Queen Leah doesn't get enough love. (I mean, she only gets two lines in the film, pretty much...) I imagined this being right before the three good fairies took Aurora away and this is Leah's way of saying her temporary goodbye to her child and maybe saying a little prayer. Enjoy!

Queen Leah is actually LUCKY by early Disney animated movie standards. I mean, she's the first mother of a Princess who actually managed to LIVE through the entire animated movie! Granted, she deserved WAY more characterization than just being Aurora's mother; but everyone's got to start SOMEWHERE! Here's hoping she get's an expanded storyline someway, if "Kingdom Hearts" ever decides to do a level revolving around "Sleeping Beauty". Very good work, here!
